A $75 non-refundable fee is required before moving forward with any custom piece. 

1. Stone selection
We will select a stone that fits your requirements. If we are unable to find a specific stone, I will reach out to any contact and place an inquiry (please note: this may lead to slightly longer processing times). 

2. Design & CAD
We will design your piece using CAD (computer-aided design) and we can refine the CAD until the design is exactly how you want it! 

Your invoice will include all aspects of your setting plus stone(s) cost. Once the CAD is finalized, your piece will move into production.

• Typical production time: about 4-5 weeks (may vary depending on complexity and stone lead times).
